The data submitted through the forms (last name, first name, email, request subject) is used solely to process your booking or access request, and is neither transferred nor resold to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to contact@twinpeaklab.be.
Data submitted through the forms is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived or deleted. The application's full privacy policy (test data, data imported from your connected training platforms, detailed retention periods) is available within the application itself. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Twin Peak Lab measures traffic on this site with its own tools — no cookie, no third-party service, nothing passed on to anyone. What is recorded: the pages viewed, the time spent on them, the page you came from, the language, the approximate country and city, the type of device (mobile, or computer and tablet) and a temporary session identifier that disappears when you close the tab. Your IP address is not kept.
If you start filling in a form and then leave the page without sending it, we also record which fields you went through and, for drop-down lists and tick boxes, the option you picked — this is how we find out where a form gets stuck. The content of your first name, last name, email and message fields is never recorded: only how many characters they held.
To stop being counted altogether, add ?tpl-track=off at the end of the address
of any page on this site. Nothing is sent from that browser any more, and the setting stays
there. It applies per browser and per device.
This site does not use tracking cookies. Only technical local storage (localStorage) remembers your language preference and, if you asked for it, your exclusion from audience measurement.
